Our friend, Scott Laitinen of Sicchops built David Hoekstra’s Goodguys Rod & Custom Association 2015 Custom of the Year Award winning 1956 Lincoln. It rocks a Roadster Shop one-off chassis, complete with Corvette C-6 suspension, insane Jon Kaase 8-stack injected 520ci Ford V8, one-off Colorado Custom 30-spoke wheels with machined bullet center caps and white stripe Michelin Pilot Sport rubber. The exterior is relatively stock but no panel has been left untouched with Sic Chops’ signature chop (a rather mild 2 ½ inches) and filled rain gutters, custom windshield glass, one piece door glass, custom floor pans and full cap rockers ride just above the ground. Both front and rear bumpers are full custom with flush mount dual exhaust piped through the smoothed rear pan. The paint is DuPont toner black with Chroma clear sprayed in-house at Sic Chops.
