The Mazda Furai first dropped at the 2008 Detroit Auto Show. The concept uses a Courage Competition Mazda ALMS race chassis and features a 450hp 3-rotor Wankel. It wears the same #55 from Mazda's legendary 1991 Le Mans winner. This concept was actually tested at Laguna Seca. And if Babelfish is to be believed Furai means "the sound of the wind". We like the sound of that but we love the look of the Mothers FX logos on the wing end plates even more.
