We must share this touching note. “This is my husband, Ted Poulos, getting in your Mothers Polish Mustang, at Barrett-Jackson Las Vegas. You were kind enough to give him a very exciting ride around the track (several times around the track). You need to know how much he enjoyed the ride and bragged about it to everyone he knew.
Ted had been a long time Mothers customer. You may or may not remember him. We would always stop and visit with you. I realize you know a lot of people, but you always made him feel special. He actually had me bake cookies for The SEMA Show and drop them off at your booth. Ted was a big auto enthusiast: He owned several classic cars and enjoyed attending and entering car shows.
Anyway, Ted died suddenly last month. He had always been in really good health, but he died in his sleep very suddenly. It has been a great loss to our family and me.
I know this note seems strange, but I just wanted you to know how much he enjoyed visiting with you, and loved the ride. Thank you, Jackie Poulos.”
Please accept our deepest condolences for your loss, Jackie. We are so humbled to have made a contribution, no matter how small, to your memory of Ted’s life and legacy. Thank you so much for sharing your story with us.
